A light, summer-y take on a classic - pork belly seasoned with rosemary, garlic and lots of fennel seeds, roasted and sliced served with cannellini slowly-cooked in our chicken stock and served with a sharp dollop of salsa verde.

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees, place the pork in the oven for 15/20 minutes or until hot throughout. Warm the beans up in a sauce pan until hot, put a dollop of the salsa verde on top when serving.
